Portrait of Sir Puff, the family's fortune-telling hamster.

Mom

My mom is basically a superhero—no cape required! She manages our seven-kid circus with the kind of grace that makes it look easy, even though we’re always testing her patience. Like this morning: I suddenly remembered I needed clean gym clothes 5 minutes before we had to leave, only to find them still marinating in the laundry. Classic. No joke, there are so many of us that when we go anywhere, she snaps a photo first, just in case we get lost—so she can actually remember who she’s supposed to be looking for. 🧺 📸

Matt

Matteo’s one minute older than me—trust me, he thinks that makes him the world’s leading expert on everything. But let’s be real, older doesn’t mean smarter. If you’ve got pizza within a ten-foot radius of Matt, just wave it goodbye ’cause it’s practically gone already. Matt’s the kind of guy who’s always buried in detective novels, day and night, and it definitely shows. He’s constantly snooping around, convinced he’s on the trail of some big mystery. And when it comes to sleeping? Forget it. A Scottish bagpipe band could march past his bed, and he’d still be snoring like a log. 🕵️‍♂️🔍

Sasha

My older sister, who thinks she’s the next big thing in cooking, even though she’s more like a kitchen disaster waiting to happen. She’s got this blog called “Veggie Smoothie” where she pretends to know what she’s doing. Oh, and she’s obsessed with fashion, but let’s just say her style choices are… questionable. And, for some reason, she copies everything I do—like, seriously, everything. 🔥🍳

Burr Baffin

A weird Scottish dude who wears a skirt but totally hates it when anyone asks about it—and even more when folks mistake him for a garden gnome. He’s got an accent that’s almost impossible to understand. If something’s shiny and valuable, he’s got to have it. But that’s not even the worst part about him. He absolutely loses his mind whenever there’s Doritos nearby. Seriously, it’s like he’s got some sort of chip radar—, good luck keeping him away. 🍟

Sir Puff

The Visionary Puffball Hamster who showed up in a package from the secret valleys of the Himalayas. He’s from a mountain village so remote even mountain goats think twice before making the trek. Now he’s here, acting like he can predict the future with popcorn. But tbh, he’s way more into Catflix and chilling with a Big Mac than any epic quests. He’s basically a fluffy little guru who’s nailed the whole lazy life. 🐹🍿

Pat

One of my many siblings—seriously, we could form a soccer team. Anyway, I’m pretty sure Pat is evolving backwards. Like, he’s got this talent for barking at everyone, but he’s also the biggest animal lover I know. Seriously, if it’s got scales or fur, he’s all over it. I mean, it’s probably just a matter of time before the zoo moves into our house.

Sophie

My name is Anna Sophie Inch, but I go by Sophie. Here are three things you need to know about me:
😻 I live in a big, crazy cat family.
😹 My privacy is a thing of the past.
🙀 Sometimes, I can be a bit dramatic.

Uncle MacGrabby

Dad’s super-old Scottish great-uncle lives in a drafty castle at the edge of nowhere. He’s so stingy that even his shadow feels cheap. Every time he sends a package, you’re better off running than opening it. Oh, and get this—his name is ridiculously long: Sir Arthur Inch MacGrabby, 13th Earl of Mystwood Glen. Seriously, try fitting that on a name tag! He also runs a cookie factory, but the cookies taste like actual rocks. Somehow, folks still buy them—probably just for the hot chocolate he throws in to make them edible. 💸🍪

Dood

So, Dood is basically the one-man delivery squad for the entire Inch family. Sir Inch MacGrabby, who started working at the Royal Mail when he was just a kid, handed down this job to Dood. His mission?
Delivering mail, telegrams, and packages to any Inch family member, no matter where they are on the planet. The poor guy’s always swamped, especially with all the biting dogs and weird creatures (aka my siblings) he has to deal with. He’s tried to quit, like, a million times, but no one ever accepts his resignation. Whether he’s delivering to Dad on a volcano in Papua New Guinea or braving the icy winds of Antarctica, Dood somehow always manages to survive—just barely! 📦❄️

Dodo Duck

Chloe’s so-called BFF, but for real, he’s more like her personal broom. She drags that poor duck through every bit of dirt she can find, like he’s supposed to be cleaning up after her. Seriously, it’s like she thinks he’s some kind of feathered mop instead of, you know, a friend.

Chloe

Meet Chloe, my little sister, the self-appointed leader of the Baby Brigade, which includes her and her two little minions, Junior and Tiny Paws. Chloe has this incredible talent for sticking her nose into everything I do, probably ’cause she thinks she can do it better. But she can’t. It’s like she was born with a built-in GPS to track my every move, and wherever I go, she’s right there, copying me like she’s auditioning for the role of my shadow.

But wait, it gets better. Chloe has a passion for “renovating” our house. And by renovating, I mean wreaking havoc in ways that would make even the most seasoned disaster movies look tame. Seriously, if you ever spot her armed with a crayon, a paintbrush, or whatever, you should probably start packing your bags. ‘Cause what’s about to go down is nothing short of a full-scale disaster. Trust me, it’s not going to end well.

Chubby Molly

Then there’s Chubby Molly. She’s got this obsession with making sure I’m always well-fed, like she’s my personal chef or something. I can’t even sit down without her offering me a snack. It’s like she’s convinced I’ll starve without her constant supply of food, and honestly, it’s exhausting.

Willi Rashford

Willi is that kid who’s convinced we’re destined to be together—like, he’s always making these cringy love declarations and trying to impress me with, I don’t know, whatever he thinks is cool. It’s like he’s starring in his own sappy love story, and I’m the unwilling co-star. Honestly, it’s getting a little out of hand, but try telling him that.

Tiny Paws

My littlest sibling, who chews on everything like a hungry beaver. He’s a moonwalker and never goes anywhere without his rubber chicken, which he treats like it’s some kind of top-secret security blanket. Lately, he’s gotten into this thing where he live-streams the neighbors with his head camera, like the world’s gotta stay updated on everyone’s business, 24/7.

Rubber Chicken

Tiny Paws’ trusty sidekick, who gets dragged around everywhere like it’s attached to him by superglue. Seriously, this rubber chicken has seen more of the world than I have. Tiny Paws won’t go anywhere without it, and I’m starting to think they’re plotting something together. It’s like his personal bodyguard or maybe his secret advisor—I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s got some kind of secret mission we don’t know about!

Ricky

Meet Ricky, or as we say, Ricky’s still little!—which is totally a joke ’cause he’s a 14-foot-long tiger python. Sure, he’s “super friendly” and all, but let’s be real—he’s a giant snake. No venom, so that’s cool, I guess. Oh, and he loves wandering around the neighborhood.

Laugh along with Sophie as she navigates the ups and downs of kitten life.
